1. What happens after I place my order?
For email readings, you'll receive an email from me requesting your question(s). For 30 and 60-minute sessions, you'll receive an email requesting your time zone and availability to schedule our session over Microsoft Teams.2. How long will it take to receive an email reading?
The current turnaround time is within one week.3. How do 30 and 60-minute sessions work?
Once our session is scheduled, I'll send a meeting invite. The session will be recorded, if possible, and a copy will be sent to you afterwards. The reading will be casual and relaxed!

4. What is your refund policy?
Refunds are permitted only under two conditions: 1) a cancellation request is submitted prior to the reading being conducted, or 2) I cannot connect to your energy therefore cannot complete the reading.5. I didn't like my reading. Can I get a refund?
No. Refunds are not granted based on how much a reading is well received. The cost compensates the time and energy put into the readings.6. How can I cancel an order?
